1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• Update your account information promptly if any details change during your use of gaswin services.

2.3 Prohibited Users

The following individuals are explicitly prohibited from creating accounts or using gaswin services:

• Employees, contractors, or family members of gaswin staff.
• Individuals who have previously been banned or self-excluded from gaswin or any affiliated gaming platform.
• Individuals residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal.
• Professional gamblers or betting syndicates seeking to exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Individuals using VPN, proxy, or other anonymization services to disguise their true location.

3. Account Security

3.1 User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your gaswin account. This includes:

• Keeping your username and password confidential and not sharing them with any third party.

• Logging out of your account after each session, especially when using shared or public computers.
• Notifying gaswin immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

gaswin is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate security. You agree to indemnify gaswin against any claims arising from unauthorized use of your account if such use resulted from your negligence or breach of these terms.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

gaswin accepts deposits through the following methods:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia).
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Deposit limits are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: Rp 50,000 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Rp 100,000,000 per transaction (subject to payment provider limits).
• All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB). Deposits made outside banking hours may take up to 24 hours to process.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawal Process and Limits

To request a withdrawal from your gaswin account:

• Your account must be fully verified through the KYC process.
• You must have met all wagering requirements for any active bonuses.
• Your withdrawal bank account or e-wallet must be registered in the same name as your gaswin account.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100,000 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: Rp 50,000,000 per transaction; Rp 200,000,000 per day.
• Withdrawals requested during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB) are typically processed within 5 minutes. Withdrawals requested outside banking hours are processed the next business day.
• gaswin does not charge withdrawal fees for standard processing. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

gaswin operates in strict compliance with international anti-money laundering regulations. We reserve the right to:

• Request additional documentation to verify the source of deposited funds.
• Freeze accounts pending investigation if suspicious activity is detected.
• Report suspicious transactions to relevant financial authorities.
• Refuse withdrawals if we believe funds are derived from illegal activities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses offered by gaswin are subject to the following general terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible users only and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Each bonus has specific wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings can be withdrawn.

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times.
• Using strategies designed to exploit bonus terms without genuine risk (e.g., opposite bets, low-risk betting patterns).
• Colluding with other users to meet wagering requirements artificially.
• Withdrawing deposits immediately after claiming a bonus without any genuine gameplay.

Users found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses voided, winnings confiscated, and accounts permanently closed.

6. Betting Rules and Game Play

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on gaswin are subject to the following rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after confirmation.
• gaswin reserves the right to void bets if technical errors occur, incorrect odds are displayed, or if the integrity of the event is compromised.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and may vary by sport, event, and bet type.
• Winnings are credited to your account immediately upon event settlement.
• gaswin uses official results from governing sports bodies to settle bets. Decisions are final.

6.2 Sports Betting Specific Rules

For sports betting markets including football (BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Champions League), badminton, basketball, and other sports:

• Asian Handicap (voor bola): Bets are settled according to the handicap line at the time of bet placement. Void bets receive stake refunds.
• Mix Parlay (Accumulator): All selections must win for the bet to be successful. If any selection is void, it is removed from the accumulator and odds are recalculated.
• Live Betting: Odds change rapidly during live events. The odds displayed at the moment you click "Place Bet" are the odds applied to your wager.
• Postponed or Abandoned Events: If a match is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, bets remain valid. If not rescheduled within 48 hours, bets are void and stakes refunded.

• Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank for legitimate deposits.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or exploit vulnerabilities in gaswin software.

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, confiscation of funds, and potential legal action.

8. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• gaswin is not liable for any losses resulting from your use of our services, including but not limited to financial losses from gambling activities.
• gaswin is not responsible for interruptions in service due to technical failures, server downtime, or circumstances beyond our control.
• gaswin does not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
• gaswin is not liable for losses caused by third-party payment processor delays, bank processing times, or e-wallet service failures.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. gaswin encourages responsible gambling and provides tools to help manage your play.

Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising from your use of gaswin services shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account during the six months preceding the claim.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute with gaswin:

1. Contact our customer support team via live chat, email, or WhatsApp. Provide your account details and a clear description of the issue.
2. Our support team will investigate the matter and respond within 48 hours with a proposed resolution.
3. If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may escalate the matter to our senior management team for further review.
4. gaswin's decision on all disputes is final and binding.

If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction governing this agreement.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and intellectual property associated with the gaswin platform are owned by gaswin or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from the gaswin platform without written permission.
• Use gaswin trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner without authorization.
• Create derivative works based on gaswin software or content.
• Frame, mirror, or scrape content from the gaswin website.

11. Account Termination and Suspension

11.1 Termination by User

You may close your gaswin account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure:

• Any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method after all pending bets are settled.
• Any active bonuses will be forfeited.
• You will forfeit access to your account history and transaction records after 90 days.

11.2 Termination by gaswin

gaswin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time if:

• We detect multiple accounts registered under your name or household.

In the event of account closure for breach of terms, gaswin may withhold any remaining account balance and confiscate winnings obtained through prohibited activities.

12. Governing Law
